Who We Are & What We Do!

Lots of Laughs.ca has been established in the Comox Valley for 17 years, this April, 2010! Created, owned and operated by Lawrence Belfrage, ‘The Balloon Guy’, until May 2009, when his daughter, Nadia, took over Lots of Laughs. This came naturally to her, as she grew up surrounded by the wonders of ballooning. From when she was 5 years old, touring festivals with her father, where he would perform stage shows, always calling on Nadia to aid throughout the show. At the beginning of Lots of Laughs, Nadia would help in the creation of balloon decorations for special events. As time went on her father would call on her for any large decor jobs, and for festivals such as, Vancouver Island Music Festival and Nautical Days. Where they would twist balloons for the kids from morning to night. Here at Lots of Laughs we like to consider ourselves a sort of special event enhancer. Whether it is with our Yard Cards, On Site Ballooon Twisting, Custom Balloon Sculptures, Balloon Bouquets, Face Painting, or Balloon Decorations, we always add that extra ‘WOW’ you’re looking for on that special day. For special days such as Anniversaries, Birthdays, Mothers day, Fathers day, Business Promotion days, or just because days (to name a few), we can offer Yard Cards, Custom Balloon Sculptures, and Balloon Bouquets, all can be delivered! Maybe your having kids at the party or a kids only party, why not get Nadia to come and twist up a balloon storm or paint their faces! Don’t have time to come into the shop? On a larger scale, we do Balloon Decorations and Large Balloon Sculptures for any and ALL occasions, transforming any venue into your balloon vision.
